Notice & predict
Who wants what?
Draw objects and wants.
Curiosity Bundle
You want my pencil. I want something you do not have. Can the swap happen?
Try a swap that stalls, then change the wants. Follow the puzzle into accepted exchange objects without treating one game as the history of every community.
Show the puzzle. Give your child room to wonder.
Offer one puzzle. Leave room for a guess.
Hold a pencil and give your child a spoon. Say, "You want this pencil, but I want a book. Can we make a swap with only these things?"
Draw someone with apples who wants a hat, and someone with a hat who wants fish. Ask, "What would have to change for them to trade?"
Use drawings if household objects are unavailable. Nobody gives away possessions.
Keep a first guess before the readings.
Notice & predict

Both readings belong here. Share them across short sittings if you like.
Record what happens, then compare the game with the wider idea.

Revisit the readings and your first guess. Use the separate parent key for conversation.
A light check
Revisit wants shells and history limits.
Local review edition. Physical activities, diagrams, and family usability still need review. Times are estimates. See the parent guide for each activity’s safety instructions and model limits.
